I’m buying a tropical island.?
Which of these two do you think offers me the best possibilities for my estate and for living purposes?

The first may actually be better. The second island is only 56.4 acres + another island, so what you see is not what you get. The second does have volcanic rock, however, which is stable to build upon.
It’s nice both come with a title, being in National Parks, as they are.
You’ll of course visit both prior to buying, if you haven’t already. I gather you are a scuba diver?
