how much do you think this island would cost?
i was browsing around for tropical islands for sale. i found this one off the coast of queensland, australia. it’s 2,503 acres and 18 miles off the coast. it is a national park i think and can be rented from the government. it has a resort on it, but i was wondering if it were up for sale how much would it cost to buy?
Most private Australian islands are sold to people with a lot of money and especially the Queensland islands are very populars with big Hollywood stars. Just renting an island as big as 2503 acres will cost you milions of dollare, let alone buying it. But if it has a well run resort on it you can consider it a good investment.
